How does photo sharing work?+

Guests can share on-site via text, email, AirDrop, or QR code when your venue has reliable Wi-Fi. Every package also includes an online gallery delivered after your event — typically within 48 hours for print packages.

Do you travel outside New Jersey?+

We're based in South Jersey and serve the greater NJ / PA / DE region. Travel fees may apply for distant venues — reach out for a custom quote.

How far in advance should we book?+

Popular weekends (May–October) fill months ahead. We recommend inquiring 3–6 months before your date for weddings and peak-season events.

How is the booth selected for the Signature experience?+

Signature includes a booth from our Signature Collection. We professionally assign the best fit based on your venue, event logistics, and availability. Style requests are welcome but are not guaranteed.

What's included with the Luxe booth styles?+

Luxe is our recommended premium print experience. Choose Midnight Luxe (all black), Oak Luxe (wood), or Onyx Oak Luxe (two-tone). Every style includes the same DSLR quality and your choice of 2×6 or 4×6 prints — the difference is aesthetic.

Can we customize templates and overlays?+

Absolutely. We design print layouts and digital overlays to match your colors, monogram, and event theme.
